2. How can I personalize my product? You can personalize your product by adding your name or initials. We offer customization options in four sophisticated colors and elegant embossing. Please know that the logo that will be displayed on your product is going to be matte gold.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders placed before 15:00 CET on workdays will be shipped the same day. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. What is your return policy? We accept returns of non-customized products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customized products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

5. How do I care for my leather products? To maintain your leather products, clean them with a damp cloth. Avoid cleaning directly over embossed letters to preserve their quality.

6. Do your products come with a warranty? Yes, our cardholders come with a one-year warranty, and the embossed letters have a six-month warranty. This covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
