At K-Studio, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy provides you with the flexibility to return or exchange your products. 1.1. Custom Products: Customized products, including those with personalized names or initials, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

1.2. Standard Products: Standard, non-customized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

2. Return Process

2.1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

2.2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

2.3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, including return shipping costs.

3.2. Standard Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a standard product for a different item, please initiate the process by contacting our customer service team. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for standard exchanges.

4. Warranty Claims

4.1. Warranty Coverage: Our products are covered by a one-year warranty for all the products we sell and a six-month warranty for the embossed letters. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

4.2. Warranty Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide instructions for returning the defective item.
